In 2008, I was looking for a way out of the dark hole I had placed myself in.
I was searching for the light, that light being one of purpose, abundance, and impact.
It was a journey, a road ahead of me that I knew little about.
But I am so glad I embarked on the journey because it got me here, with you.
I’ll save more from that journey for later.
Right now, I want to introduce myself.
I am a writer. I love the art and the process of putting words together. It is my greatest passion.
I am a consultant for 6-7 figure high performers, entrepreneurs, and creators.
I help them achieve a more significant impact with their work and mission, accomplish more in less time, and create deeper relationships with their audience.
I have worked with Super Bowl Champions, Inc. 5000 companies, Forbes 30 under 30 founders, Reality TV Stars, and many more.
I am also the author of The Road Ahead and Miles Behind A Story of Healing and Redemption Between Father and Son. This book shares the story of a cross-country road trip I took with my Dad in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

I love the work I do. I love the writing I get to share with you. I love being able to continue to create a life of freedom and impact.
And isn’t that what we all want? To do what we love, get paid for it, and impact others?
Today, it’s more complicated than ever to carve your own path in life with so many distractions and interruptions.
So many of us are looking for ways to escape the rat race, wondering if there is more to our life than the day-to-day grind (which, by the way, the answer is yes, there is!)
We’re all looking for a chance to change the course of our lives to where we are living and doing what we love.
My goal is to help you on your journey.
Not because I have it all figured out. Far from it.
It’s because I was stuck in a self-contained prison of depression, anxiety, and hopelessness when I came home from the Iraq War.
It’s because I lived a life of mediocrity, limiting myself on purpose for fear I would gain everything I wanted only to lose it all.
Because I lacked the belief in myself, I could inspire people daily and tell stories for a living.
I don’t want you to go through the pain and the misery I experienced all those years.
I know it’s impossible to keep you from pain as everyone’s life journey is different, but I like to at least think I can try.
These emails are a place where I can share with you what I am learning while providing guidance on how you can have a powerful mindset that will create an extraordinary life of more abundance, more time, and more life.
Everything starts in your mind. Your perceived problems and the answers to them all reside in the mind.
That is the first step on this journey to creating an extraordinary life; mastering your thoughts.
Learning to create a powerful mind that works in your favor takes more than thinking positively.
It’s exercising your mind. It’s practice and focus. It’s dissolving old beliefs and creating new ones.
It’s letting go of the past to create a new future.
A future that you can live NOW.
